Rihanna, who is better known for getting the snot beat out of her by Chris Brown, said, "#DearAmy U made a MAJAH impression on this industry and throughout the world, in such a short space of time...too short! Dear God have mercy!!! I am SICK about this right now!?"
Katy Perry, another person whose popularity I don't quite understand, expressed herself in a short note on Twitter, as well.
"RIP Amy Winehouse. May she finally find peace," said Perry.
