iPhone records Cheryl Hepner shooting son-in-law, Salvatore Miglino

Tamarac, Florida -- Off her meds?! When 66-year-old Cheryl Hepner shot her son-in-law, Salvatore Miglino, Miglino asked her if she is crazy. I think the answer to that question is obvious.

On Wednesday, December 7, 2011, Hepner, who sometimes goes by the name Sherry, shot Miglino several times when he came to pick up his 3-year-old son for a court-ordered visitation.

According to various news reports, it appears the gangster cap-bustin' granny tried to trick Miglino into coming into her home. When plan A failed, Hepner apparently went with plan B and shot her son-in-law outside.

Upon being shot, Miglino, who sustained minor injuries, fell on top of Hepner, pinning her to the ground.

The iPhone video that recorded the incident captured Maglino screaming, "I can't believe you did that! What are you, crazy? I can't believe you shot me!"

To which Hepner replied, Get the f*ck off me!

When officers arrived at the scene, they found Miglino injured and sitting in his vehicle near the intersection of NW 85th Avenue and NW 57th Court.

Based on the information provided in the Broward County police report, Hepner lied and told police she wrestled the gun away from her son-in-law after he tried to shoot her.

After police reviewed the video recorded on Miglino's cell phone, Hepner was arrested on December 8, 2011, around 5 p.m.

The 66-year-old (demented?) grandmother has been charged with attempted first-degree murder and is being held without bond.

I don't know what set this woman off, but anyone who would try to kill their 3-year-old grandson's father, while their grandson is literally feet away, has more than a few loose screws in their cuckoo clock.

(Not entirely serious, just venting out loud) I think someone deserves a pair of gasoline soaked Depends and a one-way ticket to hell.
