Naked, racist white man attacks riders on New York subway

Did you hear the one about the man who took off all his clothes in a New York subway, called a NYC cop a n*gger, attacked several passengers, and walked away without any chargers or serious injuries?
The bizarre incident occurred May 2, 2011, around 4:15 p.m. on a northbound 6 Train at the Hunts Point Avenue station, said police.
A 41-year-old white male passenger became agitated, called several black passengers the n-word, and begged an officer at the scene to shoot him. Even after the violent suspect attacked several passengers, including a defenseless woman, who happened to be black, the responding officer did not draw his weapon.
In fact, based on the video, the officer looked like he had no idea how to diffuse the situation.
According to a MYFOX New York news report, the violent offender was taken to Lincoln Hospital for evaluation, but he was never arrested or charged with a crime.
One online critic said that if the man in this story were black, the NYPD would have shot him "before he could take his draws off".

Firstly, He should at least be charged with indecent exposure.
Secondly, why do all the crazy people hang out at the subway?
And thirdly, know what is funny? That guys junk is so small that Youtube wouldn't even flag it for nudity...
Maybe the police officer that killed Oscar Grant while he was lying facedown with his hands behind his back should have been on duty that day.
