VIDEO: Micheal Jackson's 'children' meet with fans in Gary, Indiana

Monday, August 29, 2011, would have been Micheal Jackson's 53rd birthday.

In honor of their late father, the King of Pop, Prince, 14; Paris, 13; and Blanket, 9; went to Gary, Indiana, where the Jackson family legacy began.

Surrounded by relatives, the media, and tons of fans, Micheal Jackson's "children" spoke to ABC7 Chicago reporter, Evelyn Holmes, outside the old Jackson family home on 2300 Jackson Street.

Paris, who looked very relaxed, handled the press like a pro. Prince and Blanket seemed more reserved; even shy.

"We've adjusted over the past years. And I think that coming here and seeing our dad's old house, and all the fans coming out... I think it's really sweet that they did that," said Paris, in reference to the 3-day long birthday celebration honoring her "father".

Katherine and Joe Jackson were also in attendance.

While Katherine was low key, Joe used his deceased son's celebration to promote his cologne and a brand of vodka; which I thought was both tacky and disgraceful.
