A second shooting victim, described as a 21-year-old woman, was shot in the thigh, said the local news source.
Prior to the shooting, the 41-year-old gunshot victim tried to breakup an alleged argument between an 18-year-old female and another man.
The man who was beafing with the young female left the party and returned with reinforcements, said the Tribune.
As someone inside the home was closing the door, several shots were fired, striking both victims.

"The woman was taken to Norwegian-American Hospital in good condition, police said.
The man ended up at Stroger Hospital but it's unclear how, police said. He's going into surgery for his wounds."
