According to published reports, the book, Hillbilly Heart, will be released later this year or next year.
As I wait with bated breath, I wonder if Billy Ray will speak candidly about how he managed to raise a daughter (Miley Cyrus) that thinks it's cute to photograph herself licking the balls of a penis cake.
