Davy Jones, the British leader singer of the 60s pop group, The Monkees, died of a heart attack in a Florida. He was 66-years-old.
According to TMZ, an official from the Martin County, Florida medical examiners office broke the bad news.
Jones, along with his bandmates: Micky Dolenz, Michael Nesmith, and Peter Tork, starred in the hit TV show, The Monkees, and together, they catapulted to Beatles-like success.
When I was a little a boy, I had a fierce crush on Jones and Peter Tork; which explains why I have a thing for sexy geeks.
