During a surprise phone call to the Lopez Tonight show, Prince announced that he will be playing 21 nights in Los Angeles starting April 14, 2011, at the Forum.

The day before his LA concert debut, Prince is scheduled to rocked the stage on George Lopez's show.

"We need somewhere to rehearse. Can we come over there next Wednesday?" Prince asked Lopez. "You wanna do my show on Wednesday?", inquired Lopez. "Yeah. Yeah. Yeah." said Prince.

More Princely news:

Earlier this month, Prince donated $250,000.00 to the Eau Claire Promise Zone in Columbia, South Carolina.

Prince's drummer, John Blackwell and singer Shelby Johnson, presented the organization with the check on Prince's behalf.

In addition to his generous donation to the Eau Claire Promise Zone, so far this year, Prince has given $1,000,000 to the Harlem Children's Zone, $250,000 to the Uptown Dance Academy, and $250,000 to The American Ballet Theater.

It sounds like Prince's Welcome 2 America Tour is making a lot of money!

I have been a Prince supporter since I was about 10-years-old. Mr. Nelson has always been very generous to causes he believes in.

When I was in high school, I had a relative who worked for a large magazine and was covering a Prince concert at the Rosemont Horizon.

After the show, I was taken backstage and allowed to say hello to his Purple Badness. :-)
