Vacaville, California -- 42-year-old Lyralisa Stevens wants the state of California to pay for
Stevens, who was born a man and tries to pass for a woman, has been receiving free hormone shots in prison since 2003.
That means no co-pays and co-insurance, baby!
The convicted murderer is serving 50-years to life, for shooting a woman to death with a shotgun.
One report indicates Stevens shot the woman over a dispute involving clothing.
Stevens claims that as long as he has a penis, his life is in danger; and once his man-parts are removed, he can be placed in a female prison - far away from the big, bad male inmates.
The California appeals court disagreed with Stevens' argument.
The court said Stevens is safe in men's prison, as long as he is in a single cell.
My two cents: If this convicted murderer wants to cut his pee-pee off, he needs to do it on his own damn dime.
I have no sympathy for murderers.
