18-year-old Alton L. Hayes III and an unidentified 15-year-old Chicago boy, beat up a white man, because they were angry about the February 26, 2012, Trayvon Martin shooting in Sanford, Florida, said police.
The racially motivated attack occurred Tuesday, April 17, 2012... presumably in Maywood, Illinois - a predominately black suburb of Chicago.
According to investigators, Hayes and the unidentified teen approached a 19-year-old white man and subdued the victim by pinning the victim's armed to his side.
Then, Hayes picked up a large tree branch and said, "Empty your pockets, white boy"... according to police.
Hayes and his young accomplice knocked the victim to the ground, went through his pockets, and punched him in the head and back several times, said authorities.
Hayes, who is black, later admitted that he beat the victim, who is white, because he was angry over the Trayvon Martin, George Zimmmerman case, said Cook County State’s Attorney’s office spokeswoman Tandra Simonton.
Hayes has been charged with three felonies: attempted robbery, aggravated battery, and a hate crime. His bond was set at $80,000.00
The angry mugger is due back in court on May 11, 2012.

they can come up with all kinds of charges for black men or boys, but couldn't even charge the murderer, Zimmerman, with anything after he executed Trayvon Martin. This system of white supremacy is incapable of justice, yet they parade around the world acting like they have something to do with heaven, when the system is not only hell bound, but hell made.
That comment above is so ignorant. You must be black.....I too am black but I read and investigate issues, instead of going by what the meadia initially publishes. We logical people know that the media is not reliable. Also Mr. Zimmerman is hispanic and evryone is blameing the white man. Why???? If you want to say he is white then so is the President. White folks alwyas get tagged for being racist. But our black community commits more hate crimes and most of them are not even documented or the they are never charged as being hate crimes. That being said Trayvon Martin was not executed and if he was, that does not give these Thugs the right to beat on a innocent man that had nothing to do with the Trayvon Martin case. Oh and again Mr Zimmerman in hispanic.
