Sergeant Robert Schilling, Baton Rouge cop, suspended for pulling woman's hair

I know some girls like it rough, but this is ridiculous.

Sergeant Robert Schilling with the Baton Rouge, Louisiana police department, doesn't seem to understand that not every girl wants a caveman; which probably explains why he was suspended for 15 days without pay, over a September hair-pulling incident.

Officer Schilling was caught on camera pulling Melinda Morris' hair following a motorcycle accident.

The cops claim Morris hit Schilling first.

Back in 2005, Schilling was suspended for 85 days without pay, when investigators reportedly caught him spending his time at a woman's house when he should be out there pulling people by their hair... I mean, making arrests.
