Have you ever wondered what it's like behind the scenes at the Grammy Awards show?
In a recently uploaded Youtube video, viewers get to follow super sexy rocker, Lenny Kravitz, as he greets other celebrities and chats with the press backstage at the February 13, 2011, 53rd Annual Grammy Awards show.
The most memorable behind the scenes moment occurred when Kravitz stopped to speak with larger-than-life singer, Mavis Staples.
As Mavis and Lenny hugged and exchanged pleasantries, Mavis began to cry after she announced that she had just won her first Grammy, after 60-years in the music business. Mavis, who is 71-years-old, started her singing career in 1950 at the age of 11.
Congratulations Mavis. That Grammy was long overdue!
Lenny Kravitz's new CD is called Black And White America. It will be available this summer.

Lenny is just plain COOL! And what a shame that Mavis had to wait this long to get her due. Better late than never, I guess.
I have grown to really like Lenny Kravitz, and not just because of the way he looks! :-)
