According to a KJCT8.com news report, Sheriff's deputy, Hassan M. Hassan, grabbed 22-year-old Samuel Fazio's nuts, after Fazio allegedly elbowed him in the mouth.
The controversial technique was used on the 22-year-old suspect after police tried to arrest him Monday, August 22, 2011, on an outstanding arrest warrant.
When Fazio put up a struggle, the sadomasochistic cop grabbed Fazio's family jewels, in an effort to subdue him, said the report.
A woman who was interviewed by KJCT8.com sided with the officer, because she felt the cop didn't have any other options.
Really?! I wonder how Ms. It's-okay-to-grab-his-balls would feel if a cop grabbed her vagina, or gave one of her breasts a good, hard squeeze - just to get her attention.
According to KJCT8, Heather Benjamin, a spokeswoman for the M.C.S.O (Mesa Colorado Sheriff's Office), admitted that grabbing a suspect's testicles is not a trained technique.
