In the old days, high school students did a lot of silly things in the restroom - raping one another wasn't one of them.
Murray County, Georgia --- On March 9, 2011, 18-year-old Shawn Fry (allegedly) sodomized a 16-year-old Murray County High School student in the boys' bathroom.
Information obtained by NewsChannel9.com, indicates Fry performed oral sex on a male student, against the student's will. According to police documents, the alleged sexual assault took place in front of at least two witnesses.
Because of the nature of the crime, Fry is being held without bond. He is expected to appear in court Wednesday.
My two cents: Without being able to compare the physical stature of the alleged victim, to that of the accused, it's difficult for me to understand how one boy can forcefully perform oral sex on the other - without the purported victim's consent.
I have a sneaky suspicion there is much more to this story than what meets the eye.
From a hypothetical standpoint, it is extremely possible that someone got caught in the act, freaked out, and in an attempt to save face - fabricated a story to cover up their involvement in a mutual sex act.

I think you may be right on Timothy. Happens all the time. Did the other kid put up a fight? Was he bruised up? Any screaming and yelling heard? Bathrooms echo.. It's amazing what comes out of a persons mouth when they've been busted and usually, someone else gets punished for it.
Unless the other kid was really small, I don't see how Fry overpowered him, unzipped his pants, held him still, and had his way with him.
The other boy is physically handicapped, and cannot walk without a walker. He is mentally and physically impaired, and Shawn is a very big boy, in case you couldn't tell.

If that's true about his victim, than this kid needs to have the tag "sex offender" attached to his sorry ass for the rest of his very long life. He should be vilified wherever he goes. Have a nice life kid..good luck with that...NOT!
I go to MCHS, and Shaun Fry had in school suspension with my friend, and he offered to give him a BJ in the bathroom, and I have seen the boy with a walker around school, he can barely stand without it, and many seniors were sending death threats to Shaun...I hate my school, there's been drug busts, fights, and more
im thinkin the only way rape would of happened is if he had help but i think theywere caught in the act who knows who was this 16 yo boy was he a sports star or what this could be a tragic story or a complete fabrication
there are many versions of this story going around Murray County. Shaun got made bail just a few days after it was reported that he was denied bail. If this accusation were completely true I don't think they would have let him out to go live around a bunch of little kids. I think it was just something that got changed around and turned into something way worse than what it actually was. I have also heard that it was a man at a different school that he did this to and that he held him at knife point. I have met and talked to Shawn and i think that this story is just a load of BS.
I'm pretty sure people don't pay attention to this thread, but let me tell you...I sure am with the main idea of it. I know for a fact that it was a mutual thing and the little boy just made up a story because he was scared. One of the witnesses told me so himself and he HATES Shawn..so I know he wouldn't lie about it.
