If Michelle Obama's alleged 4 million dollar Christmas vacation in Hawaii put your unemployed undies in a knot, wait until you hear how much the 1st lady reportedly spent on that K-Mart-looking ensemble she's wearing in this photo!
The dress Michelle Obama is wearing in the above photo is said to be a Sophie Theallet creation and it cost around $2000; the equivalent of several months rent for most of her husband's constituents.
However, one must keep in mind that Michelle personally endorsed Theallet's brand, which means she probably got that less than specular, Mississippi-sundress for free.
Overall, I don't have a problem with Michelle's taste in clothing, but her shoes... please... don't get me started on her shoes!
If I see Michelle's feet stuffed into another pair of crayola-colored bedroom slippers I am going to breach White House security and take her shoe-shopping, myself!
